I am married to Sherrie, and we have resided at 605 Rancho Pacifico with our 3 Chihuahuas for more than 15 years. I spent more than 3 years on the original HOA Board as Vice President and also as Secretary. Establishing and organizing the original HOA Board was very challenging at times, and I learned a tremendous amount about how an HOA Board should be managed. Basic common sense should always prevail in my opinion. I retired from Oncor Electric Delivery in 2013 where I finished my 39-year career as Regional Operations Director over power line construction and maintenance. I now enjoy astronomy, photography, and I play trombone in the Waco Salvation Army Corp Band. I love living in Rancho Lorena and want to keep it both enjoyable and prosperous from a property value standpoint.
